Who are we?
We are an association of Facilities Management and Hospitality Development Professionals who have a wealth of operational experience in delivering projects both within the United Kingdom and Overseas.
Brand, Non-Brand, Start-up, Pioneer Brands - Our experience has lead us to deliver all of these. Key to this success has been to deliver Client Objectives within the financial goals.
Any sizeable project requires a pragmatic and realistic approach and our task is to sense check the journey.
We take projects from cradle to completion supporting our clients and their respective operational teams from Pre-Commencement, Design and Pre-Build, Construction, Pre-Opening and Handover. Once operational we can deliver facilities management support, SOP production and on-site training.
